• Manges inhouse phishing portal for external and internal customers
• Handles alerts in the SIM, (Splunk).
• Triage phishing email and puts them into a "sandbox " to test the attachments to see if they are malicious.
• Determines if they are safe or malicious and notifies the customer of their findings.
• Creates cases in archer for malicious emails and sends them to the response team.
• Analyzes system access logs, ensuring only permitted individuals have access to company information.
• Monitors use of data files and regulates access to safeguard information in computer files.
• Monitors current reports of computer viruses to determine when to update virus protection systems.
• Reviews violations of computer security procedures and alerts managers of issues that arise.

• University (Degree) Preferred
• 2+ Years related work experience required (3+ years preferred)
• Able to work 11am - 10pm / Wednesday - Saturday
• Splunk experience (plus)
• Must have Passion for Cyber Security
• Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
