Customer service tickets for building maintenance such as hot/cold space issues, chair repairs, ceiling tile repairs, minor plumbing repairs
Education and / or Experience:
High School required; Technical trade school preferred, BOMI classes preferred
3-5 years as a maintenance technician I or equivalent in a Class A High Rise Office Bldg
Professional Skills:
Very good aptitude for electrical, mechanical, plumbing
Order parts and equipment
Inspect building equipment for proper operations
Understand building lighting and air conditioning automation systems
Understand building hvac water chemistry
Walking or standing for long periods
Lifting and ladder work
Working knowledge chillers, heaters, pumps, fans, boilers, cooling towers, building control systems
