ECommerce Business Analyst

eCommerce Business Analyst The Business & Systems Analyst monitors the website and related systems (PIM, DAM and Google Analytics) to trouble shoot issues and suggest opportunities for enhancements. The analyst also is responsible for reporting key business results that will inform the eCommerce team, merchants and others and provide actionable insights to improve the business. The ability to work well with others cross functionally, interpret established business rules and user requirements will also be crucial to success in this role. This position will report to the Director of eCommerce Programs. Responsibilities: ? Able to hit the ground running and work in a dynamic business environment ? Identify and deliver projects associated with Content management and Site Analytics ? Oversee, support, investigate, resolve and escalate issues with a sense of urgency ? Skills: Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, BI Reports, Power BI, etc. ? Coordinate with business users, decipher business needs and data models and create reports ? Be proficient at business analysis using in Excel and other tools and drawing actionable insights from data ? Analyst must be able to push beyond the technical creation of reports to distilling insights that help drive the business including category and product performance on the site ? The candidate must have a sense of intellectual curiosity that propels them to go beyond the obvious to be able to get to the bottom of complex business problems ? Contribute to the successful launch and ongoing support of new technology projects ? Needs effective communication skills with technical and business internal and external teams ? Ability to learn complex business rules and perform gap analysis, and differentiate data issues from system issues ? Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Qualifications: ? 3-5 years' experience in analytical role ? Worked with Content Management Systems ? eCommerce experience is a plus ? Familiarity with SFCC, Salsify and Databases is a plus ? Bachelor's degree in IT or similar experience ? Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks with general supervision ? Being a team play with ability to influence through professionally courteous attitude
