Designs and maintains product line and product management process. Works with development, sales, and manufacturing organizations. Conducts financial analysis and business research. Identifies issues and opportunities and recommends solutions.
Qualifying Requirements, in order of importance:- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written as well as exemplary organizational skills
- Google analytics, Pendo OR development of operational metrics
- Ability to define Key Performance Indicators and implement dashboards to measure performance
- Understanding of patient journeys and ability to analyze and identify opportunities based on metrics
- Ability to write and groom user stories targeted to improve the user experience and drive specific outcomes
- At least 5 years of experience in IT as a Business Data Analyst.
- Solid understanding of SQL, stored procedures and ad-hoc query development. Comprehensive understanding of relational databases.
- Ability to write requirements to extract data from existing databases, document transformation rules based on business requirements gathered from non-technical people.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems Management or Computer Science; equivalent work experience can be substituted for a degree
- Knowledge of healthcare IT standards
- Previous experience leading running scrum meetings
