We are unable to sponsor H1b or work with third-party candidates at this time.” Job Description:- The main function of a business systems analyst is to analyze business and data processing problems for application to electronic data capture and processing systems.
- A typical business systems analyst is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and implementation limitations.
- Assist in the testing, maintenance, and monitoring of computer programs and systems, including the coordination of clinical measures authoring and implementation.
- Advise clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
- Ability to engage users, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.
- Train staff and users to work with computer systems and programs.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Expert ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide team support and constructive feedback.
- Expert knowledge and understanding of clinical measures authoring, implementation, and graphical data representation techniques and principles involved in the production of drawings and models.
- Excellent understanding and utilization of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent SQL statement writing and understanding.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, Healthcare, or related field required.
- MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
