BPM Camunda EngineerDurham, NC / Westlake, TX (Initially remote till pandemic)6+ Months – W2 OnlyMust have:· A candidate that has strong knowledge of how Camunda works and has been a part of large-scale BPM redesign like this.· Camunda will be the number one tool they are using: https://camunda.com/ The Expertise you have:· Experience with process improvements or business process re-engineering projects· Experience with Business Process Management Notation (BPMN)· Experience with Camunda workflow platform· Exposure to and experience implementing Business Process Management (BPM) or workflow systems· Experience taking complicated business problems and breaking them into user stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria· Experience writing and carrying out test cases to validate your work· Bachelor's degree, with a focus in finance, technology or business operations preferred· Experience with financial services in an operations or technology role is a plus The Skills You Bring:· Your strong working style with good interpersonal and relationship management, and analytical skills· Inspire change by becoming a change champion to new features, and the associated value and efficiency gains· Lead multi-functional and cross-organizational discussions to surface requirements and design considerations· Have trade-off conversations with key business partners and customers· Your desire to try new ways of working as an individual and within the squad and to understand business problems/ needs as deeply as you can· Your shown excellent verbal and written communication and, organization skills· Analyze data and develop data visualization report requirements· Learn and develop expertise in new tools and products· Your inquisitive curiosity and ability to discover answers to the unknown
