Must have: Business Analyst with Android OS deployment experience

The Team:
  • You will join the Client Health Solutions Business Analyst Chapter (team). We work within multi-functional Agile Scrum teams (squads) of technology and business colleagues to develop and implement product and service features from inception to delivery. Your squad will focus on developing the Android version of the Client Health mobile app, which provides an easy-to-navigate mobile experience to help customers seamlessly address their health needs on-the-go, from finding providers to understanding coverage details to paying for care.
  • Customer expectations are constantly evolving. As a Business Analyst (BA) you play a meaningful role on an Agile software development team that obsesses over customer journeys and the technologies that bring them to life!
  • You blend deep interest in health care benefits and mobile app development with a passion for analysis, harnessing technology to tackle sophisticated business problems, and executing to deliver and implement solutions to delight customers. You are energized by the prospect of joining a dynamic, innovative team in a fast-paced, innovative environment!

The Expertise You Have:
  • 3+ years of proven ability in an analyst, technology, or product role passionate about mobile digital solutions
  • Experience working with Android mobile devices is preferred
  • Experience supporting Agile product execution and delivery on projects involving business, design, and technology teams
  • Dedication to customer needs and delivering frequent, high-business-value features
  • Experience using data to find opportunities and drive decision-making; may have conducted user research or competitive analysis
  • Solid grasp of the architecture and deployment of mobile applications
  • Excellent listening, communication (verbal and written), influencing, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, problem solver with flexibility to adapt to frequent changes

The Skills You Bring:
  • Bring the voice of the customer to the squad through customer journey mapping and feedback loops to focus the team on delivering business solutions with the highest customer and business value
  • Work closely with the Product Owner (Squad Leader) and squad to build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog
  • Collaborate with design, business, and technical team members to define requirements and identify dependencies and risks
  • Handle customer-facing content and messaging to optimize usability
  • Perform acceptance testing to ensure the team delivers a seamless customer experience that meets business requirements
  • Support business readiness, deployment, and solution enablement, e.g., demos, training, procedures, and communication
  • Apply analytics for continual optimization of the product and business plan
