Job Description
- Dedicated to performing the technical activities associated with the administrative support needs of the Quality department and assuring accurate data is available
- Performing the day-to-day activities required to support Quality operations
- Participate in the preparation of data coordination and compilation.
- Support preparation and organization of Audit
- Act as Change control owner in Agile PLM
- Purchase order creation and communication
- Exporting data from various systems and compiling reports
- GEQ apps management creation and maintenance (PowerApps)
- Perform other administrative tasks such as management of workflows
- Act as training coordinator for the GEQ team
- May compile data for KPI trending, and monthly reports, and adding this data to the appropriate dashboard.
- May assist with training curriculum activities, including assigning trainings and monitoring training completion for compliance purposes.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and cGMP compliance
Qualifications
- At lease a BA/BS in Life Sciences with 2 years of relevant industry experience required
- GMP experience required
- Experience working with large data sets is preferred
- Demonstrate attention-to-detail, good judgment, problem solving, and ability to make decisions quickly
- Good understanding of individual area of work and related disciplines.
- Able to coordinate with multiple departments to define optimal process, keeping the big picture in mind.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Position is full-time,Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
