We are hiring for a Data Architect! Description: As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for execution on of tactical initiatives related to the deployment and maintenance of regional data platforms and systems. You will be accountable for understanding data hosted at third-party partners for eventual transition into BASF-managed infrastructure. You will contextualize business requirements, develop, and maintain necessary artifacts related to data environments and systems while adhering to strict data governance and platform standards. You will engage with multiple BASF stakeholders and third-party providers as you serve as the data product owner for regional data platforms and play a key role in the harmonization of data and systems across the region.
DutiesDevelop and maintain data models and comprehensive data documentation (e.g., data catalog, dictionary)Implement Continuous Intelligence principles in business processesDecide on business definitions & KPIsCollaborate with data scientists, engineering, and data teams to iteratively modify data model designs as new requirements emergeWork with others to facilitate necessary approvalsPerform Cataloguing and Provisioning of data sources RequirementsSignificant experience designing scalable data models for platform implementationProven expertise with data management tools and systemsAbility to clearly develop and maintain data documentationSpeak to technical trade-offs and considerations relating to data platform designsFamiliarity with Azure DevOps (Similar to Jira) and ability to create user storiesFamiliarity with data cataloging tools (e.g., Collibra) About Stefanini Group The Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore and near shore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
