Must Have Skills:
  • Someone who is a team player and who gets excited in a fast past ever changing environment.
  • Extensive SQL Experience
  • H&W Benefits and Data Analysis background

Nice to Have: Ability to work on database migrations and ETL Informatica would be a huge plus.

The Expertise You Have:
  • Proven track record in a data analysis role (minimum 3-5 years’ experience)
  • Strong analytical and social skills, as well as a solid grasp of the organizational structure supporting implementation and ongoing projects
  • Data Exchange knowledge and analysis skills to lead, implement, or assist on all assigned work throughout the project; examples of projects: implementation of a new client or Corporate Actions
  • Defined Benefits knowledge required

The Skills You Bring:
  • Excellent analysis skills, preferably data analysis skills, are required
  • Confirmed experience with query languages such as SQL
  • Experience with ETL Tools (i.e., Informatica) is a plus
  • Should have validated overall experience programming languages and relational databases
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Work efficiently as a team member
  • Demonstrate validated leadership skills; are highly organized, initiative-taking with strong time management skills and an ability to run various tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix-managed environment across multiple locations and functions
  • Broad application/technology experience is a plus
