- Excellent analysis skills, preferably data analysis skills, are required
- Confirmed experience with query languages such as SQL
- Experience with ETL Tools (i.e., Informatica) is a plus
- Should have validated overall experience programming languages and relational databases
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Work efficiently as a team member
- Demonstrate validated leadership skills; are highly organized, initiative-taking with strong time management skills and an ability to run various tasks simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a matrix-managed environment across multiple locations and functions
- Broad application/technology experience is a plus
- Analyzing the client source data to identify issues, potential causes, and suggested remediation
- Navigating the organization, bringing together interested parties, negotiating differences, and drawing effective conclusions
- Asking appropriate questions to extract information, follow up and bring closure to issues
- Learning and applying WI’s Systems and Processes as they pertain to the job (such as analysis process and data loading process).
