- Migrate various apps and BI platform to AWS, lead the effort from identifying the right cloud pattern, POCs and then up to production cutover and support thereafter
- Manage, enhance various Java based applications and roadmap planning
- Project Management, running scrum calls
- Performing Systems engineering tasks
- Collaborate with architecture team
- Working closely with tech stakeholders to handle issues and upgrades
- Handling business communications
- Maintain and enhance Java applications
- Provisioning Virtual machines, doing capacity planning
- Managing issues with non-prods, prod and DR environments
- Scheduling and managing security patching
- Cloud migration strategy for on-prem applications
- Actively monitor servers and respond to issues
- Works with customers on fixing production issues
- Ability to quickly diagnose the problem areas and come up with solutions and/or workarounds
- Should have strong time management skills with willingness and ability to prioritize multiple projects/initiatives at the same time
- Proactive with strong team, interpersonal and communication skills
- Write clear, concise, well organized user documentation to maintain standards and procedures
- Expertise in AWS services
- Hands on experience migrating applications to AWS
- Very strong Java development experience
- Angular experience is a huge plus
- Over 5 years of Tech lead experience
- Project Management experience
- Experience with Infrastructure support - working with Virtual machines, capacity planning, vulnerability patching
- Experience with production support
- Experience doing Business and vendor facing roles
- Experience working with cloud technologies is a plus
- Experience working with 3rd party applications
- Experience working with Sql servers
- Experience with CI, CD processes
- Experience working with authentication and authorization processes
- Very high problem solving skills
- Good understanding on Jira, Jira align tools
