creating assembly models, assembly drawings, bills of materials and engineering change management. - with Design of Experiments and engineering/design validation testing - executing tests and maintaining test records - creating tools and jigs to support Production - in translating marketing requirements to product requirements. - design for manufacture & design for assembly - in tolerance analysis - with product safety compliance including CE & FDA laser safety. - with product development phase gate process and full product life cycle - working directly with customers i.e. customer facing - extensive use of Solidworks - project management
