Piper Companies is seeking a Product Owner to join a rapidly growing, well established healthcare company in RTP, NC. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of previous experience in a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Scrum Master role.
Responsibilities of Product Owner include: • Owns the delivery team and spring backlog and enables streamlined execution of product priorities through collaboration with stakeholders • Utilize Product Manager & stakeholder input to map the product vision to user stories • Partner with Product Manager to ensure customer desires and business priorities are effectively communicated and reflected in the product backlog • Decompose features into stories or smaller work items to enable team execution and delivery • Define user stories and/or support team members as they write user storiesRequirements of the Product Owner include: • 5+ years of previous experience in a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Scrum Master role. • Academic background in health economics, business administration etc • Product Owner certification • Demonstrated experience analyzing medical claims, with an understanding of clinical codes (CPT, ICD-10, etc.) and medical expense analysis for a health payer • Possesses an interest and deep understanding of the drivers of medical costs and an enthusiasm for finding solutions to promote the affordability of health coverage • Very strong communication skills Compensation for the Product Owner: • Salary Range: $115,000-$125,000/Annually • Opportunity to work in an exciting environment with an employee focus mentality • Strong benefits package including Health, Dental, & Vision • No relocation assistance available • No 3 rd party candidates Keywords: Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, User Stories, Product Management, Stakeholder, Health, Healthcare, Medical, ClaimsVacancy expired!
