Our client, a healthcare industry leader, needs a Senior Developer to join their team in a long-term role.This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Senior Developer:- Design, develop, test, and support complex software, system, and information solutions
- Analyze, design, and develop applications for mission-critical systems
- Analyze and recommend solutions to development and production issues
- Communicate to project team, vendors, and/or manager in a timely manner
- Research and stay current on technology trends and IT best practices
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 5+ years of development experience
- 5+ years of enterprise Java development
- 3+ years of REST API development using JSON
- 2+ years of Angular/Vue, Spring Framework
- 1+ year of CI/CD and public cloud, basic concepts
- Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, jQuery, React, HTML5, CSS, Wireframe design, user experience best practices
- Experience with Rest API and Web Services development and security implementation
