- We are currently sourcing for a Systems Analyst for our Client Health Benefits Platform team in Durham, NC!
- The Client Health Benefits (FHB) Platform team within the Health Care Technology Group (HCG) organization supports the recordkeeping and administration of health benefits (medical, dental and vision plans) and life insurance plans on behalf of Client’s corporate clients, their employees and retirees. The technology associates on the FHB Platform team interact with business partners as well as systems partners who have responsibility for client-facing channels such as NetBenefits® and Plan Sponsor WebStation®. The development teams are located across USA and India. This role is based of North Carolina, USA. Team size is 150+ resources across IT and Product. Highly motivated team works completely on Agile Methodology.
- The FHB Platform team is looking to fill an interesting and challenging position on its Implementations/development team. As a Systems Analyst on the Implementations team, you will partner with Client Services and Operations teams not only to implement new Clients on the FHB Platform but by also improving the efficiency and quality of the entire implementation process.
- As a Systems Analyst on the FHB Implementations team, you will partner with Client Services and Operations teams to implement new Clients on the FHB Platform:
- coordinate a wide variety of responsibilities among associates on the team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
- continually improve the efficiency and quality of the entire implementation process
- The Expertise We’re Looking For
- 6+ years working as a Systems Analyst
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience in systems analysis / project management type roles
- Ability to look beyond the day to day process. Should have a zeal to add value to the organization
- Critical thinking, excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- The Systems Analyst on the FHB Implementations team must coordinate a wide variety of responsibilities among associates to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Extensive understating of Project Management fundamentals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Effective business partner management and ability to work collaboratively with other functional groups
- Understands business challenges and translates them to business solutions
- Flexible to prioritize and deliver on multiple business priorities simultaneously
- Superior client facing capabilities to areas such as consulting with the client, appropriate assessment of client needs, understanding client needs, and application within the Volume Submitter framework.
- Broad knowledge of client services and business functions
- Experience with creating and executing SQL
- Expertise and proficiency in health benefit administration
