- Strong experience with JSON, Splunk, Stash, and Jenkins
- Experience working with REST based API’s in microservice architecture
- Strong SQL experience (data modeling, SQL management tools)
- Some familiarity with AWS cloud technologies is strongly preferred
- 3+ years professional experience as a Systems Analyst focused on Data for software solutions.
- Demonstrated experience researching, optimizing, data analysis and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
- Demonstrated experience performing project scope planning and systems analysis, and creating technical system documentation, according to Agile methodologies for requirements elicitation, design, development, QA, and production rollout of high-scale secure customer-facing applications
- Solid Experience with, JSON, Splunk, working with REST based APIs in a micro-service architecture and Familiarity with AWS Cloud.
- Experienced working on Source Tree, Stash, and Jenkins to review and support project implementation
- Solid understanding and experience with SQL, complex relational database schemas, data modeling and SQL management tools and data analytics
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and framework
- Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or related technology subject area

- Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
- Ensuring the technology team is building the right software solutions and components to improve customer experience
- Facilitating flow of requirements from the business to the technology team
