- Design and implement account-based nurture programs, lead scoring models, lead lifecycle programs, and complex automation workflows.
- Create segments for marketing programs based on demographics, firmographics, and behavioral triggers. Refine segments as new data and insights become available.
- Drive new sales by designing and building automated nurturing campaigns in Marketo that deliver the right content to the right personas at the right time.
- Drive upgrades, add-on sales, and increase adoption by existing customers by designing and building ABM nurturing campaigns aligned to the customer's journey.
- Report and monitor engagement and funnel conversion metrics and constantly test changes to content, emails, forms, and landing pages that yield improvements.
- Collaborate with the extended marketing team to execute programs in digital advertising, at events or webinars, and with other teams including product management, sales, account management, and customer success.
- Use your marketing expertise to ensure that nurture campaigns align to their segments with appropriate messaging and effective calls to action. Be a champion for A/B testing, measuring results, and making changes to boost conversions.
- Partner with Sales Operations Manager to get the most return of our tech-stack investment. You'll ensure good data sharing between Marketo and Salesforce and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Strategic thinker and hands-on executor
- Expertise in ABM automation processes including demand generation and campaign management
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- 5 or more years' experience in effective marketing automation with Marketo
- Experience in a rapidly growing, rapidly evolving SaaS company will be helpful
- Outstanding writing skills with proven success creating compelling marketing copy
- Light experience with tools for imagery creation, video editing, HTML, and CSS
- Willingness to be weird in your own special way
- Marketo administration experience is a bonus and certification isn't necessary
