Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

HireNetworks is working with a local client in their search for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer. An ideal candidate for this role is something who wants to build web applications that can scale to match 100%+/year growth. Loves frontend JS frameworks with REST API backends and think s breaking large applications into loosely coupled micro-services is neat. Someone excited about the opportunity to lead tactical UI development decisions for their team and contribute to their overall user experience design.

This is a direct hire opportunity with the opportunity to work remotely. The salary range for this position ranges between 120-140k per year . There is no sponsorship or C2C arrangements available for this position .

Responsibilities

:

  • Design, development, and testing of client's web applications, REST APIs, backend services, and micro-services
  • Working from mockups to produce fully developed features
  • Performance tuning, debugging, and integrating with existing features
  • Collaborating with our awesome customer support team to make end users happy

Requirements

:

  • 5+ years of s ignificant experience with PHP and JavaScript frameworks (Ember, Angular, React, etc . )
  • 5+ years' experience with MySQL and/or its forks, preferably in multi-node environments
  • 2+ years' experience with AWS, particularly EC2, RDS, and Lambda
  • 3+ years ' e xperience with all the trappings of a modern software team: git, grunt or similar build tools, CI tools, unit testing tools, etc.
  • Experience with Node.js is strongly preferred
