Inventory Specialist - If you have a background in inventory and/or logistics, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time opportunity with benefits and does have the opportunity for growth over time. This is a lab environment ordering and receiving equipment as well as unpacking and logging equipment into inventory lab system. Skills Preferred: Tagging equipment and updating asset management entries of new Hardware Receiving shipments and notify stake holders Interacting with offsite storage to send and receive Hardware Lab Audits (locate assets) track down and missing assets that show up on blind audits Tracking orders and third party inventory and notify stake holders Confirm device availability for new projects Scan equipment in labs on a weekly/quarterly basis to ensure inventory accuracy Shipping outside engineers and intercampus
