SharePoint IT Technical Specialist

Responsible for the elements of SharePoint sites including templates, master pages, style libraries, enterprise search, and web part libraries, along with SharePoint functionality, SharePoint Designer, Windows PowerShell, and Web Services. Performs analytical troubleshooting and systematic testing, and provide 24/7 support to all SharePoint environments. Migrates from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2013 using Metalogix Content Matrix, and troubleshoots and resolves all SharePoint issues. Communicates with customers on identifying issues and resolutions, assisting end users with SharePoint site design and configuration, and assisting and train SharePoint End Users. Analyzes production implementation by identifying and resolving errors, ensuring ongoing stability of the environment (Backup Restore, Disaster Recovery, Patch Management, and Monitoring), and have an understanding of SharePoint products and fractures including security, list and libraries, workflow, publishing infrastructure, document management, and content types. Perform as a technical advisor to businesses on what SharePoint can offer (analyze and document business requirements), recommending project approaches and submitting time and cost estimates, and leading, planning, and managing business/solution design, configuration, and implementation.
