Patriot Ridge Farm, Camden's Premier Equestrian Facility is looking to hire an assistant trainer to teach the basics on our beautiful 30-acre property.
The ideal candidate will have the proper knowledge and teaching ability of riding fundamentals. This is a contract position. The employee will collaborate with the Head Instructor, staff, and clients to maintain a positive environment across all programs and disciplines at Patriot Ridge Farm. Salary depends on experience and the package we determine to be the right fit.
There is an opportunity to also work doing barn chores to create a full-time job right away and build more toward training as the caseload develops. Any candidate must: 1. be well versed in equine health and first aid 2. possess excellent work ethic and 3. be psychologically robust (ability to handle stress and abstain from drama).
There are several options and combinations of roles (assistant instructor and/or barn staff) available. We are looking to fill this position immediately.
