A McDonald's Crew person is the Heart of our business. You represent McDonald's and make decisions to affect the Brand. You are an example to customers, crew, and managers. A McDonald's Crew person communicates to other crew to get things done. Most of all you are responsible for delivering Outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards at the highest level to all of our customers.
Job duties include the following:
Work with a team of people

Help Train and develop team members
Provide outstanding Quality, Service, and, Cleanliness
Ensure the restaurant is Safe, Clean, and Sanitary
Control costs
Qualities needed :
High Integrity

Takes direction
Food Service experience is helpful but not required
