This is a posting for a North Carolina licensed lawyer with preferably at least one year of experience (but not required). The position available is for our Mount Olive office. Diener Law is seeking an attorney to help with criminal, domestic and immigration matters. Ideal candidates should have a history of service. We take great effort to help one another in our practice and we have learned that "givers" complement each other. The position involves travel, daily court appearances, defense preparation, immigration petition reviews as well as being tech savvy and well organized. A willingness to grow every day is part of our culture. No experience in immigration is required. Spanish speaking is a plus but not necessary. A genuine willingness to help immigrants is what we are about.

Benefits include 15 paid days off a year (we combine vacation and sick leave to use for one or the other, it accrues at 1.25 days a month).
