Construction Company looking for a Professional Bookkeeper. Candidate must be very organized, analytical, ability to be a self-starter, Professional, and have the ability to work well with others and be a team player, .
Job duties will include processing payroll, Sub-contractor and vendor payments, process payables and receivables, generate costing reports, budgets, and data entry.
Requirements are 5-10 years of experience with Quickbooks accounting software or be a Certified Quickbooks Professional. Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Would prefer candidate to have experience in a Home Construction office setting.
This could be a part-time or full-time position depending on candidate. Salary is based on experience.
