PAI Trainer to work in our Fayetteville, NC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Job Description: ECS is seeking a Senior Trainer to join our Publicly Available Information (PAI) training team. The successful candidate will develop and deliver training programs for Department of Defense (DoD) organizations related to PAI datasets, investigative and analytical research methods, and industry tools that collect and present PAI. The trainer will instruct DoD, civilian, and contract analysts on techniques for open source data collection, analysis, and reporting. The trainer will collaborate with program managers of several DoD initiatives to carefully tailor and mature our PAI curriculum. The trainer will also be responsible for providing weekly activity summaries, administrative and coordination efforts for training courses, After Action Reports for training courses, and will assist with technical setup of training environments. The trainer will also support the vetting and integration of new tools. This person will facilitate and assist with network configuration and conduct classroom/hardware setup when necessary as well as assist with various program administrative tasks. Familiarity with specific PAI tools is important. Periodic travel will be required to support in person training events once COVID 19 restrictions are lifted. - Bachelor's degree, six years of equivalent experience in an analytical and/or training environment, or a combination.
- TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Experience as a trainer, analyst, or researcher in the security /defense sectors.
- Experience and demonstrated success training security /defense audiences.
- Experience with open source data and/or tools; experience with DoD tools a strong asset.
- Additional experience in curriculum development, training, or software product development desired.
- Familiarity and experience of PAI research and methodologies to include fusion with other intelligence disciplines is HIGHLY desired.
