FIELD AGENTS required to:
Make face-to-face contact with customers. This communication involves making personal contact with a customer and delivering a client letter to their home. Additionally, an inspection is performed as necessary. The inspection involves taking photos, as well as documenting various elements of the property (condition, status, etc.). Agents do not act as collectors. They simply help bridge the gap when communication between customer and lender has been lost. Tablet provided.
Other requirements include:
Availability to work nights and weekends
Have a good work ethic
Self-Motivated and possess good interpersonal skills
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL AGENTS:
Reliable transportation
High School diploma or equivalent
Yearly Drug and background screening
Computer and Printer
Must be able to operate a computer
Honest, self-motivated, dependable
