Following proper training, the candidate will be responsible for duties in the assembly/test area. This position requires the individual to assemble and test units for our growth at Rexroth. By performing subassembly, assembly and test to external gear pumps/motors expertise. The focus of this position will be on maintaining Existing Business for products as well as on future processes and product development.

• Safety conscious is required.
• Develop profound knowledge of product line.
• Set-up various pumps/motors for both sub-assemble, assemble and test operations.
• Must be able to interrupt and comprehend blue prints and test documents.
• Must be able to understand and maintain BPS principles.
• Complete required tasks in a professional, timely and personal manner.
• Train associates when needed.
• Assume ownership in achieving 100% customer satisfaction in all business aspects.
• Must be able to follow work standards currently established.

Qualifications

• EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE REQUIRED
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to read and speak English.
• Previous Manufacturing experience
