- 40 full service locations and over 100 field service vehicles

- Fields incoming help desk requests and can complete in a timely manner
- Provide general hardware repairs (laptops/desktops and peripherals)
- Build/Image end user laptops/desktops
- Performs system testing and updates on a regular basis
- Provides technical support across the organization (in person or over the phone)
- Facilitates the growth and development of special projects assigned
- Stays current with industry knowledge & products
- IS, Computer Science, Engineering or related degree
- Understanding of the MS Windows operating systems
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networks
- A+ Certifications a plus
- One to three years of relevant experience
- Ability to work with a team, independently and on strict deadlines
- Excellent customer service, communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a drug screen & background check

- Understanding of the MS Windows operating systems and troubleshooting
- Experience imaging laptops and desktops
- Ability to handle a high volume of tickets on a daily/weekly basis
- Experience with ticketing systems - Dell Kace is preferred
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networks
- A+ Certifications a plus
- Ability to work with a team, independently and on strict deadlines
- Excellent customer service, communication & interpersonal skills
