WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Fields incoming help desk requests and can complete in a timely manner
  • Provide general hardware repairs (laptops/desktops and peripherals)
  • Build/Image end user laptops/desktops
  • Performs system testing and updates on a regular basis
  • Provides technical support across the organization (in person or over the phone)
  • Facilitates the growth and development of special projects assigned
  • Stays current with industry knowledge & products

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • IS, Computer Science, Engineering or related degree
  • Understanding of the MS Windows operating systems
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN networks
  • A+ Certifications a plus
  • One to three years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work with a team, independently and on strict deadlines
  • Excellent customer service, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a drug screen & background check

  • Understanding of the MS Windows operating systems and troubleshooting
  • Experience imaging laptops and desktops
  • Ability to handle a high volume of tickets on a daily/weekly basis
  • Experience with ticketing systems - Dell Kace is preferred
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN networks
  • A+ Certifications a plus
  • Ability to work with a team, independently and on strict deadlines
  • Excellent customer service, communication & interpersonal skills
