Create assemblies of CAD models, and detect, report and resolve packaging conflicts. Secure quality (including working with FEA group) and readiness before release. Perform design in own technical area with some interface with other technical areas. Majority of components are structural with an emphasis on durability and weight Sheetmetal, weldments, and/or castings).Creo experience is required with sheet metal design and casting design preferred. The entire group develops the structural mountings for components that are installed outside of the frame rail. Some need for routing fluid lines in CAD per our method that we will teach.
