Requires working knowledge of graphic-design software. May contact in-house or outside vendors to verify print specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesProduces graphic design materials to support marketing effort using technology and computer software packages for either print or web.

Primarily responsible for both pitch decks for new business development as well as offering memorandums for institutional hotel listings.

Creates and produces electronic and/or direct marketing campaigns for sale of properties to include customized property information materials, comparable market analyses, market and industry research and targeted mailing lists. Marketing materials may include offering memorandums, brochures, floor plans, advertising, postcards, proposals, presentations, and press releases within corporate templates or custom work for print or internet.

Maintains and updates marketing infrastructure which may include a database system, intranet and external website, including data on all prospects.

Generates websites, brochures, floor plans, advertising, postcards, proposals, presentations, and press releases within corporate templates for print or internet.

Confers with internal clients to discuss and determine layout design.

Responsible for broker event collateral print and web.

Works on additional special marketing projects.

May provide estimates on all print and web marketing material.

Works with vendors to estimate marketing projects and oversee production.

May investigate, compare, and recommend local suppliers of marketing production services, including typography, paper, and printing.

Other duties may be assigned.
