Responsibilities include the classification process for imports and exports of all products to ensure government compliance.  Ensure Diablo/Freud has accurate data for certificates and assist in all areas of import/export compliance.Classify all finished goods including new and updated parts using the Harmonized Tariff Schedules of the United States to ensure government compliance.  Assign proper ECCN classifications, Schedule B numbers and other related SED information for all export shipments.Conduct pre and post audit of broker filings as it relates to the PTNF business including reconciling ACH duty payments, proper assist duty reporting and application as well as following the approved CBP’s ISA program procedures for PTNF.Maintain, update and keep current the PTNF Import and Export classification database to ensure proper duty payments and regulatory compliance. Miscellaneous Import/Export Duties such as Export Control duties for PTNF.  Tracking ocean containers and air shipments.  Create Pro forma invoices for all export shipments, SLI and BOL.  Maintain transportation transport matrix for tracking PTNF freight shipments.
