Contact Center Developer (CRM Focus)Position Summary: The role of the Contact Center Developer is to develop, integrate, and support multiple contact center solutions across various lines of business with a focus on Customer Relationship Management tools as well as modernization through AWS microservices. This includes new development, customizations of existing technologies and modernizing existing technical stacks leveraged across the Contact Centers and their respective CRM's. Strong communication skills, being a self-starter and having the ability to work in a strong multi-location team environment is a necessity• The initial focus will be to learn multiple CRM's to support maintenance and minor enhancements for legacy technologies (Java 8, struts, JWS, WebSphere), including any changes needed to support the Contact Center priority to migrate from Genesys to Five9• Then assisting with work towards full modernization• Creates and maintains CICD pipelines using Gitlab.• Analyzes, designs, codes, debugs, integrates and tests complex software application solutions for systems.• Uses application monitoring and logging to determine and address any production issues timelyDesired Industry Skills: Java 8, J2EE, Web UI coding, Gitlab, JSF, JSP, Wed Framework: Tomcat/JBoss, SpringBoot, Docker, Java 11+, Amazon Web Services• 3 - 5+ Years experience in application development that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)• Experience working with a large-scale contact center technology (e.g. Genesys, Twilio, Five9) and/or Contact Center CRM tools with screen pops• Experience in a modern Javascript web framework (e.g. Angular, React, Vue)Project Methodologies and Tools - AGILE (Kanban) and Waterfall, ServiceNow work intake and management
