If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Field Tax Marketing to join our Growth & Strategy organization.Responsibilities:Lead Marketing strategy and plan development in the context of clearly defined and focused GTM strategy as established by the Tax BUPIC; partner with national tax marketing to identify and prioritize content, campaigns and channels to activate/deploy across regions such as Tax Reimagined, Consulting through disruption, Transactions, Chief Tax Officer agenda, various national and local events

Team with Hub Marketing to plan Tax representation in cross-functional/industry marketing programs, firm-wide assets and branding opportunities including but not limited to Hosted and 3rd-party Industry Conferences and Sponsorships, BLC, Alumni, Ignition Centers, DE&I, Golf; source, curate and distribute Tax thought leadership content and assets to local Tax Partners and priority Tax accounts/teams; ensure key Tax contacts are fully enrolled/subscribed in relevant Tax newsletters; activate Tax marketing campaigns in Region/Hub/BU using KPMG Engage and measuring performance/engagement

Support execution of service line GTM (particularly sales) campaigns using KPMG Engage and measuring performance/engagement while sharing Engage reports / dashboards for Tax GTM Leadership revive; partner with BUPIC to develop and manage the overall event and sponsorship strategy and plan for respective priority regions including sharing of key client issues to address, topics to consider, and speaker pool

Work with BUPIC to identify priority tax topics and secure speaking opportunities for local KPMG partners for sponsorships and work with BUPIC to identify topics, content/assets and speakers/subject matter experts (SMEs) for hosted local events; work with SMEs to develop messaging, invitation and promote event to local Tax leaders/partners while sharing best practices/ topics from other regions

Define, deploy, and optimize local Tax Partner/Manager branding like Social Share, trade publications, LinkedIn usage, and paid social; promote national initiatives (such as webcasts, podcasts, thought leadership) and drive large event strategy across local regions (for example, USCBTC); team with Tax Leadership and Tax Priority Target account teams to identify key Tax buyer relationships in need of further development and deeper engagement

Develop Tax buyer relationship engagement strategies and activities; track in KPMG Engage while you drive sales enablement focus within Tax Priority Targets to support whitespace growth and Connect Tax account teams with go-to-market resources, technology, tools and assets; partner with MRDs to enable business development efforts; design and implement marketing interaction follow up (messaging, offer/CTA) , source, package and localize sales enablement content/assets and leverage other firm assets/resources (for example MarketEdge and Ignition) to accelerate and win deals in pipeline

Qualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience in field tax marketing

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in related degree

Progressive and proficient Tax functional or account-based marketing strategy

Knowledge of tax consulting and advisory services, client issues and relevant industry trends is preferred

Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen collaborative relationships with others inside the organization to leverage expertise, enhance effectiveness and influence stakeholders; accustomed to working in fast-paced environments; ability to respond to ambiguous or changing situations with calm and confidence

Experience working across multiple industries
