The Supply Chain Transformation team is looking for an experienced program manager with a proven history of successfully execution to manage key supply chain transformation programsAs a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will develop, drive and execute supply chain transformation and improvement projects. The client is looking for a Program Manager with functional and operational experience in the Supply Chain Management and Operations domains who can lead global footprint optimization programs.Shall be responsible for- Year on year Profit Improvement Plan (PIP) goal attainment related to key initiatives- Global leadership of supply chain program management relative to initiatives- Collaboration with all relevant Supply Chain leadership and their respective teams as is applicable to the scope of the initiatives undertaken- Leadership of the initiative team relative to intitiative goals and objectives“initiative” in the context of this job specification is a major project that requires a dedicated program managerDuties & Responsibilities• Provide program management leadership at every stage of the Supply Chain program management process• Partner with key functions to gather key information for analysis to identify an acceptable business opportunity• Utilizing financial modelling to identify business opportunities (e.g. year on year, make vs buy, region vs region etc. )• Manage the scoping and approval of initiatives (SOA)• Plan each initiative relative to a standard DMAIC process.• Use standardized program management set of tools, techniques &methodology• Provide overall program leadership and management of initiatives. Align and lead cross-functional teams toward the initiative goal, by consistently and frequently reinforcing the initiative performance to scope sheet.• Measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each initiative• Develop standard communication processes to keep all areas of the organization informed on all aspects of each initiative• Support monthly BU CAPEX reviews, reports and collate and track corporate level performance to plan and forecast; acting as is required when deviation to plan is identified- Be an active facilitator of meetings and activities to drive results within the various supply chain teams. Track and report all applicable KPIs. Proactively resolve roadblocks and engage with the appropriate personnel when deviation to plans occur to drive Continuous Improvement and goal attainment• Execute all other duties as are applicable to the role as defined by leadershipBachelor's DegreePreferred: MBA, PMP Certification, Black Belt Certification

Skills;• 5+ Yrs. Operational knowledge with Engineering skills (Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial)• Strong Program/project management skills with previous experience and track record in building and managing complex international supply chains projects• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and motivate individuals without formal authority• Comfortable working well across multiple disciplines, countries and cultures in a team environment, exhibiting high integrity, good interpersonal skills, and outstanding communication to peers and senior leaders (VPs and SVPs)• Demonstrated leadership with ability to effectively interact and influence personnel of various levels and disciplines• Ability to analyze information and provide intelligent fact-based recommendations.• Evidence of exceptional technical ability, strong attention to detail, and high expectations of self and others• Experience in business processes and technologies, production control/materials management; SAP experience is strongly preferred.• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable results required• Ability to identify and communicate relevant key metrics and key performance indicators to all levels of the organization• Must be able to travel globally• Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office suite• Advanced Microsoft Project skills• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred (e.g. basicVBA proficiency)Applicants must provide their phone number.
