UX Designer

12+ Months Contract

Greensboro, NC (Hybrid Schedule – Onsite/Remote)This position will require on site work but does allow for some work from home flexibility. We are currently in a work from home situation but there will be needs for onsite Studio visits and physical engagement with the product due to nature of development.

Any work/development on nomadic devices that have a change of state/mode (involving any kind of vehicle or product that needs to implement safety features) is a plus! Any example is interfaces on a forklift or drone operation or within automotive/aerospace.This is not a Senior role; we prefer to see ideation work along with the finished work/projects in the candidate’s portfolio. It can be a loose wireframe (sketch or digital), research information, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Design digital solutions that create value for users and for business.
  • Do user research to analyze and describe user behavior, needs and drives.
  • Create and communicate design artefacts visualizing concept-, interaction- and graphical design. Evaluate design artefacts through user testing.
  • Adhere to system- or brand specific guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Business and IT teams throughout the entire solution lifecycle.
