Hiring Experienced Property Preservation and REO Contractors
We pay a minimum of $100 per order, including Estimates.
We pay every Tuesday via Direct Deposit into your account.
This is for a traveling crew with work routed in your area when available.
You will need the items listed below.
1. Truck or Van and a trailer
2. Generator and Air Compressor
3. General construction tools (drills, hammers, saws, ladders, etc)
4. Basic cleaning tools and supplies
5. Iphone or Android Phone
6. Background check through Aspen Grove
7. Valid Drivers License
Other specific supplies include knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock boxes, lumber, building supplies, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc.

1. Lock changes
2. Debris and trash removal
3. Minor and Major repairs
4. Roof patching and tarping
5. Maid Service, tree trimming, drywall repair, flooring repair, fence repair, etc.
