Description
Staff Management | SMX is currently hiring Production Associates for our client in Siler City, NC. As a Staff Management | SMX Associate you could gain experience working in various poultry processing production departments including Debone, Tray Pack, Live Hang, and more. We have opportunities on Day Shift or Night Shift based on your preference.The 10 to 12 hour shifts run Monday through Friday with occasional overtime on weekends.
Job Responsibilities
Work in a fast paced environment preparing meat products to feed lines and/or prepare for the next stage of processing. Effectively utilize tools, processes, and materials to process and package meat products within planned schedules.
All associates must be 18 years of age or older, able to stand for the shift duration, have the ability to work in various production departments and production lines, processing poultry products, able and willing to lift between 40 to 70lbs, ability to work in extreme cold/hot environments, able to perform strenuous work in wet/damp environments, and the ability to use knives, scissors, equipment, and other essential tools as needed.
