Seeking experienced construction worker

Seeking experienced construction worker who possess proficient skills (decks, additions, windows and doors). Work all year around very busy. Compensation is based on experienced but must prove craftmanship proficiency (TBD upon interview). Must have valid driver's license, social security and reliable transportation.
