Hayes Law PLLC, a personal injury law firm in Greensboro, is seeking a part time legal assistant/law clerk who is able to multitask. Experience in collecting medical records/bills required. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Professional. Familiarity with merging documents and navigating Needles Case Management Software is preferred, however, individuals with the ability to quickly learn the program will also be considered. Professional, upbeat communication skills and working knowledge of multi-line phone systems are also required. The position will be Monday through Friday, 20 - 25 hours/week.
