Position Summary:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing and implementing all of the organization's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities. Candidates will be responsible for directing the efforts of all marketing personnel and coordinating at the strategic and tactical levels with outside agencies. The Marketing Executive will have a strong grasp of key business metrics, including visit volume and revenue, as well as a keen focus on success measures across all marketing channels. This is a critical role in establishing the brand's presence as the differentiated market leader in each of its geographies.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead marketing operations to drive increased lead volume and enhance agents awareness and experience with the brand
Establish a thorough understanding of the business' key volume drivers to inform strategic marketing decisions and become a thought leader on opportunities for continued growth
Work with marketing staff and outside agencies to develop detailed marketing plans across all channels, including digital, social, outdoor, grassroots and traditional media
Actively manage marketing managers/staff with hands-on support and guidance
Provide business-specific insight to outside agency partners, evaluate strategies presented and collaborate with those agencies on key decisions
Strong focus on key business metrics including volume, revenue, ROI, traffic, conversions, retention, and engagement
Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales volume
Leverage marketing analytics to provide insights and make recommendations to reach the consumer in new ways and improve ROI
Establish the direction of content on website and all other marketing platforms
Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, operations, compliance, leadership and finance
Understand the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to improve online presence with excellent working knowledge of digital and social media strategies
Strong leadership and consensus building skills, with a desire to play a detail-oriented, hands-in role in the organization
Education and Skills Experience:
Bachelor Degree required
Experience leading marketing activities across more than 100 units in multiple geographies preferred
10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years of online experience including social media, paid search and other digital tactics
Excels in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with ambiguity and change
Experience leading and developing a team of professionals, as well as working across indirect reports and cross-functional partners
