The IT Business Systems Analyst will participate in the functional and technical design, configuration, and implementation of Manufacturing related systems. Additionally, they will identify the best solutions for the business problems. This person will define and document test plans & scripts, deployment plans and application changes. Collaboration with the Integration Teams, Engineering and Business Users will be necessary to evaluate and identify gaps in manufacturing planning and distribution.

MUST HAVES:-Bachelor's degree-3+ years of Business Analyst experience-Manufacturing or Consumer Goods industry experience-Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, & SAP or another ERP.

NICE TO HAVES:-System design / functionality knowledge: SAP 4.6 (or other major ERP experience)-Master Scheduling / Manufacturing Planning solutions, shop floor / MES solutions, SQL query tools.-Knowledge of manufacturing planning, manufacturing execution, and logistics functions
