Our small service menu allows us to hone our skills and give great results - we wax everywhere from the neck up and specialize in eyebrow threading, waxing, tinting, and lamination, as well as eyelash lifting, extensions and tinting. Esthetician Responsibilities:
Providing waxing, facials, microdermabrasion , eyelash extensions, lash lift and eyebrow tinting.
Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule.
Welcoming clients in a warm, friendly manner, accompanying them to and from treatment rooms, and thanking them sincerely on departure.
Interviewing clients to obtain information about contraindications, and examining skin to evaluate suitability of treatments.
Advising clients on skin care, and recommending suitable treatments and home care regimens.
Engaging and conversing with clients prior to sessions on topics relating to their skin interests.
Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services, and retail products.
Adhering to esthetics policies pertaining to chemical usage, and cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance of equipment.
Caring for linens replacing and washing them between sessions.
Ceasing treatment and informing supervisor in the event of inappropriate guest behavior.
Maintaining and disinfecting treatment room after every client
Must sale skincare products
Esthetician Requirements:
State licensure to practice as an Esthetician.
Must have passed board exams prior to applying.
Must have eyelash extensions experience at least 1yr.
Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding people skills.
Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
Must be able to maintain clean and disinfecting environment as part of daily activities
Scheduling:
Monday-Friday 10am to 6pm/full-time/part-time(flexible hrs)
