Responsible for identifying and documenting necessary body repair work for customers. Responsible for scheduling body work to be performed.
Responsibilities include the following:
Schedules appointments with customer.
Works with customer and Collision Center Technician to identify required repair work.
Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to industry standards and to customer satisfaction.
Enters itemized estimate on repair order and in CCCOne operating system and explains estimate to customer.
Meets Collision Center standards for repair/order production.
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
Complies with Company policies and procedures
Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
Other duties as assigned
One+ years a requirement. Salary determined by experience.
