Our Company is Looking for an Experienced Commercial Carpenter Crew Leader that has notable experience in trim work, painting, fixture installation, framing, drywall (a plus), interior Retail or Commercial building construction experience.
This person would be leading/working with a team to: Install fixtures and gondolas, graphics, etc. in a Retail Construction environment, remodeling, Punch list of other tasks, Painting, drywall, installing door/door hardware, tile work, etc. on-site for the Retail Client, Finishing tasks assigned within specified timeline, Keeping job site clean, Operating hand and power tools, and ensuring the hand and power tools are kept in good working condition, and keeping the work trailer and truck clean and in good order. This person would be expected to turn in daily progress reports, establishing a working relationship with our Client and Resolving Issues as they arise.
We stay out of town approximately 3-4 weeks at a time before coming home. About 20% of our Clients stores are in Malls, which requires us to work at night some of the time. This would be Leading one of our Interior East Coast Crews (which consist of 4 Carpenters).
You must have Valid NC Drivers License, and CLEAN CRIMINAL BACKGROUND.
Pay based on Experience, plus per Diem Pay while out of Town.
Hotel rooms are paid for while out of town, per Diem Pay, and transportation is provided from Construction Shop to the job Site, traveling with the Crew.
