1 | SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for performing a variety of duties primarily supporting our Parts Department. Receiving, inventory and the delivery process. A primary function is the coordination of parts & core returns with our manufactures.
2 | MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with our Warranty department and our Parts team to insure the timely handing of all parts. Able to document through our inventory system and manufactures return program all core returns.
Able to receive, inventory and prepare parts.
Solid computer skills and able to be trained on our manufactures systems for returns.
Updating inventory records.
Able to certify and operate a forklift to move merchandise.
Maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness.
Working with the Parts Manager to ensure all policies and guidelines are being followed.
Able to embrace our Safety Culture and Policies.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
3 | ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports directly to our Parts Manager. Able to support all other departments as needed to support our customers experience and meeting their expectations.
