This Customer Service Representative position is based in the High Point, North Carolina region and is a long-term contract / contract / contract / temporary to full-time employment opportunity. This position is for candidates who work well in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.Your responsibilitiesManage and place incoming telephone calls
Receive and send written business correspondence
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
-4 year degree needed, exp with furniture industry is a plus
2+ years of past relevant experience
Customer Satisfaction experience
Customer service experience desired
Inbound Telephone Calls experience preferred
Proven knowledge of Customer Account
Strong familiarity with Customer Shipments
Well-founded grasp of Shipping Functions
Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
