Job Description
Aiding to the production process by assisting in theoperation of the sand paper punching machine successfully. Responsible for gaining and maintaining general knowledge of machines throughout the conversion area. You will be responsible for completing the required training measures (PQ&T) as they are needed. You are responsible for maintaining the appropriate process systems, 6S and production standards. As a Bosch Associate, you will be expected to maintain a positive work environment and follow the appropriate safety procedures. You must be open and willing to assist others throughout the department.
Qualifications
Must be flexible and able to adapt quickly
General Math skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to stand for 8 hours
Ability to read and follow instructions
Ability to lift (up to) 40lb. boxes
High School Diploma or GED required
Prefer experience in machine operating
Additional Information
Load rolls of sandpaper onmachine as needed
Use SAP to look up materials
Operate pin lift, pallet lift, and hoist
Assist in the set up and startup of themachine and operate successfully
Assist in makingadjustments to machine as needed
Assist in the troubleshooting ofmachine issues and assist withrepairs according to escalation plan
Reading and following standard operating procedures pertaining to the machine being operated
Follow the appropriate quality standards and measures for the machine being operated
Understand and following procedures pertaining to machine cleanliness and tool organization
Maintaining knowledge of all safety procedures associated with the machine being operated
