Job Description
As a member of Eataly’s Information Technology (IT)Team, an IT Associate is responsible for catering to the technical needs of the Store. An IT Associate’s main areas of focus are implementation, monitoring and maintenance of IT assets. Functionally reports to the Director, IT.
- Understands support problems, analyzes problem data and determines appropriate solutions
- Provides first-level support to customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Escalates complex support requests to relevant IT staffs for resolutions
- Ensures standard operating procedures are followed and meet service level agreements
- Assists in development and enhancement of IT systems, analyzes system issues and provide resolutions
- Assess potential risks and technical challenges and prepare appropriate mitigation plans
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1 year of related experience preferred
- Good knowledge on information technologies and systems
- Time management and organization skills required
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including nights and weekends
- Occasional Travel within the USA
