JOB DESCRIPTION: Translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs and to deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions. Develop, configure, or modify complex integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments. Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications. Responsible for development of software automation test suites, defining Test Strategy, Test Planning, working closely with all stakeholders, co-ordinate with the testing efforts by executing Integrated services and utilizing market-demanded offerings. Serve as a Technical expert for project teams throughout the implementation and maintenance of business and enterprise software solutions by leveraging partnerships with IT teams (e.g., Operations, Infrastructure, Architecture, Quality Assurance, Business Analysts) and business leaders to resolve escalated issues. Supports systems integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), for large Complex, cross-functional application initiatives by providing insight to testing teams in order to ensure appropriate depth of test coverage. Coordinates, executes and participates in component integration (CIT) scenarios, systems integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify application errors and to ensure quality software deployment. Participate and mentor others in all software development end-to-product lifecycle phases by applying and sharing an in-depth understanding of complex company and industry methodologies, policies, standards, and controls. Implements the Software Architecture and readily applies to the Software development solutions. Automates and simplifies team development, test, and operations processes. Develop Conceptual and Physical architecture plans for large scale enterprise architecture projects and drive the plans to fruition. Solves complex technical problems and solutions are testable, maintainable and efficient.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in software development, SDLC, enterprise applications, SIT and UAT. Employer will accept single degree or combination of degrees, diplomas and/or professional experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. Must have prior experience with: 2 years of experience in developing the software automation scripts including Java, Selenium, Rest assured and TestNG. 2 years of experience working with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment tools including Jenkins, Bitbucket, Jira etc. 2 years of experience in working on database technologies including IBM DB2, PL/SQL, MySQL and RDBMS. 2 years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization. 2 years of experience working with defect or incident tracking software including HP ALM Quality Center and Microsoft VSTS. 2 years of experience in the retail industry, working on projects involving the implementation of software development life cycles (SDLC) and working with integration technologies using ETL Informatica, Microsoft Azure and Web Services etc. 2 years of experience with technical documentation in a software development environment in an Organization.
