Job Summary:The primary purpose of this role is to assist with the support of Technology Business Management Processes, focusing primarily on key tactical activities in support of assigned processes. This role maintains positive relationships with technology stakeholders and participates in the process of defining and maintaining SLAs, KPIs and other performance metrics.

The individual in this role grows his/her understanding across the various process areas supported by the team and starts to make key upstream and downstream connections between processes. He/she receives regular guidance and direction from more senior level analysts on the team.

Key Responsibilities:• Conducts basic data analysis and reporting• Helps assess adherence to the business management processes supported• Answers questions from associates about the business management processes supported• Gathers feedback from technology associates about the business management processes supported• Documents process measures, issues and opportunities, and waste in the processes supported• Documents current-state business processes and opportunities for automation• "Attempts to resolve problems, then escalates problems as necessary to appropriate resources (e.g., support team, vendor)• Contributes to process documentation repositories• Identifies and suggests possible improvements on procedures

Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience in related field)• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite• Familiar with project management tools and methodologies• Experience with basic data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:• Technology experience in the retail industry• Experience using financial toolsets• 1 year of experience in a corporate environment
